If you plan on enrolling your small animal (bird, rabbit, ferret, lizard, etc) into our facility you must fill out a small animal application and agreement. You may download these applications in our Small Animal Applications and Agreements link below.
Requirements for dogs enrolling at Furry Friends Daycare & Boarding LLC
- All dogs must be at least 4 months of age.
- All dogs must be current on their rabies vaccine and DHLPP
- All dogs must have recieved a Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccine within the past 6 months
-All dogs must have had a negative fecal flotation done within the past year.
-Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age.
-All dogs must be flea, tick, and mite free. Dogs must be on a flea and tick preventative such as frontline.
-All dogs must not show any symptoms or have been previously diagnosed with any contagious illnesses.
-All dogs must be social and have never shown signs of agression (food, toy, human, or animal).
-All dogs must pass our initial temperament test given by one of our trained staff members.
Requirements for cats enrolling at Furry Friends Daycare & Boarding LLC
-All cats must be at least 4 months of age.
-All cats must be current on their rabies vaccine and FVRCP.
-All cats must be flea, tick, and mite free.
-Cats must not show any symptoms or be currently diagnosed with any contagious illnesses.
Requirements for small animals enrolling at Furry Friends Daycare & Boarding LLC
-All small animals must be free of any mites and must not show any symptoms or have been previously diagnosed with any contagious illnesses.
