Tim, as a young boy was raised in a loving home where animals of all kinds were always welcome.
On Tim’s fourth birthday he was given the gift of choosing a puppy to rescue. Tim gave the name “ Pepper” to this puppy and they grew to be fast friends for more than fourteen years.
Tim’s deep love and understanding of dogs had begun.
Tim went on to work with various shelters and rescue groups and later became a professional dog trainer. Tim has the uncanny ability to communicate with and understand animals. This ability has led him to be able to pass this information onto others to help them also learn to communicate successfully with their animal companions.
Cook’s Canines was started as a way to further educate people on animal rescue, adoption and training techniques.
By including basic training methods, rescue and adoption services, Tim has been helping to reintroduce many of our abused and forgotten friends now in shelters who are awaiting a chance for a better life in a caring and loving home.
It is Tim’s mission to help in everyway possible to improve the quality of life for these ever loving and faithful creatures.
